Yotam Avrahami's foundation was forged in the Israeli Special Forces, where he honed his ability to analyze complex military systems. He then applied this discipline at Deloitte, where he rose to a director role, advising Fortune 500 companies and government institutions on large-scale innovation and strategy. His work included orchestrating complex investment ventures and multi-billion-dollar financial transformations across industries.

This institutional experience was deepened by his leadership roles in the private sector. At New Vista Capital, Yotam led the sourcing and diligence of new deals, with a focus on high-growth defense and aerospace investments. His tenure at NEXTGEN further solidified his expertise in identifying and capitalizing on the drivers behind generational wealth.

He also ran the Steven Rockefeller and Carl Page investment committee, which manages multi-billion dollar assets focused on renewable energy.

 

Through this journey, he became an expert at diagnosing the strategic issues facing traditional businesses and identifying the technological gaps that posed a threat to their stability. He brings a track record of achieving a 7.6x MOIC on eight investments over a period of four years, managing over $100 million in AUM across the aerospace, defense, cyber, energy, and transportation sectors.
